Co-Champion of our Inaugural Squirrel Hunting Competition, Joe Seaburn joins us to talk squirrels, and what its like working squirrel hounds. In the past 5 years he has jumped into the game headfirst. He is now a member of several clubs and competes in squirrel dog circuits and competitions along the East Coast.
We touch on different types of training, how a tournament works, and we even discover that there is bad blood and politics in the world of squirrel hunting… who would have known? It’s a very interesting conversation and we hope everyone takes note, as well be applying some of this to next year’s competition.
